Understanding the Feedback System on Upwork

When will you see client’s feedback?

After successfully completing a job with a client on Upwork, you will be eager to see the feedback they’ve left for you. However, you’ll only be able to see the feedback after:

• The client closes the contract and leaves feedback.
• You’ve ended the contract and 14 days have passed without any feedback from the client.

In both cases, the feedback will immediately appear on your profile.
