If you need to contact Upwork customer service, there are several ways you can do it. The main methods are by using the online chat feature, submitting a support request, or by going through their help center.

Method 1: Using The Online Chat

  • Step 1: Sign in to your Upwork account.
  • Step 2: In the apps and features section, click on “Help and Support”.
  • Step 3: On the bottom right-hand side of the page, you’ll see a chat icon. Click on this to start a chat with a customer support representative.

Method 2: Submitting A Support Request

  • Step 1: Go to Upwork’s contact us page.
  • Step 2: Choose the topic that best describes your issue.
  • Step 3: If your question isn’t answered in the help articles provided, click “No, my question is not answered” at the bottom of the page. This will open up a form where you can submit a support ticket.

Method 3: Going through the Help Center

You can also browse through the Help Center for articles that may answer your question. If not, you can reach out to support from there.

  • Step 1: Click on the “Help Center” in the footer of the webpage.
  • Step 2: Search for your question or issue in the search bar.
