Upwork operates on a system called “Connects” which are vitally important in getting jobs. For freelancers, each job proposal requires a certain amount of Connects. When you start running low, it’s important to replenish them to keep your freelance work running smoothly.

• Freelancers on Upwork receive a certain number of Connects each month free of charge, depending on their membership plan. With the Basic Plan, you get 10 free Connects per month
