Uninstalling Upwork

Uninstalling Upwork depend on the type of system you have.

For Windows Users

Here are the steps if you are running a Windows system:

• Click on the Start button at the bottom left corner of your screen.
• Select Control Panel on the pop-up menu.
• Under ‘Programs’, click on Uninstall a Program.
• You’ll see a list of all your installed software. Locate Upwork and click on it.
• Finally, click Uninstall.

After few moments, Upwork will be uninstalled from your PC.

For Mac Users

For those operating on MacOS, follow these steps:

• Navigate to your Applications folder and scroll through until you find Upwork.
• Right click on the Upwork app icon and click ‘Move to Trash’.
• To delete it permanently, empty your Trash.

After these steps, Upwork will be removed from your Mac system.

Note:

Please make sure to close all running instances of the Upwork app before attempting to uninstall it to avoid errors. Also, keep in mind that uninstalling the app doesn’t delete your Upwork account. You can always sign in through the Upwork website or reinstall the app if needed.
