When you find a job that interests you on Upwork:

• Click on the job post
• Click the “Submit a Proposal” button at the bottom of the job post
• Fill in the details about your rates, desired pay, cover letter, and any other required fields
• Click “Submit Proposal”

Please note, submitting a proposal does not guarantee you will get the job. It simply sends your pitch to the client for consideration.

There are a few best practices you can follow to increase your chances of success:
