How to upload screenshots for upwork?

Guide to Upload Screenshots on Upwork

1. Upwork Dashboard:

In the first step, you have to visit your Upwork dashboard. This is your main portal for all activities related to Upwork, including submitting works, chatting with clients, and managing contracts.

2. Open the Work Diary:

From the Upwork dashboard, look for the Work Diary. It is usually found on the left side of the panel. Click on it.

3. Select Appropriate Contract & Time-frame:

In your Work Diary, select the contract for which you wish to upload the screenshot(s). Then, locate the appropriate time frame or slot when work was performed.

4. Upload Screenshot:

Click on the + Add Manual Time button. In the pop-up window that appears, you have the option to upload your screenshot image.

5. Select Your File:

Click on the Choose File button and then select the screenshot image that you wish to upload from your computer.

Note:

  • Make sure the screenshot is in the correct format (jpg, jpeg, png). If not, you’ll have to convert it before uploading.
  • Also, remember that the maximum file size allowed is 10 MB. So, if your image is larger, you will have to reduce its size.

6. Submit and Save:

After selecting the image, click on the Save button at the bottom. This will submit your screenshot and save it in your Work Diary for the respective contract.
I hope this guide has been helpful to you. Do remember to ensure your screenshots are clear and represent the required work accurately, as this can impact your payments and client reviews positively. Best of luck with your freelancing journey on Upwork!
