Where to Find Testimonials on Upwork

Feedback and testimonials from your clients on Upwork can be easily found. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Login to Upwork

Firstly, make sure you are logged into your Upwork account. This is where your feedback and testimonials are stored.

Step 2: Go to your Profile Page

Access your profile by clicking your photo or initials in the upper-right corner and select View Profile.

Step 3: Scroll to the Job History Section

On your profile page, scroll down until you find the “Job History and Feedback” section.

Step 4: View your Feedback and Testimonials

This section displays all your completed jobs and the feedback received from clients. Each individual job will show the feedback given by the client, which basically serves as a testimonial.

Note that only feedback from finished and paid jobs will appear in this section. If you completed a job but it hasn’t been paid yet, the feedback won’t be available until the payment is processed.
